Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P. S. case no. 143/2018 registered under sections 341, 323,324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the IPC. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave Fashuli blow on the back of the neck of the informant's husband. The impugned order reveals that the informant's husband sustained injury on the back of his neck.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57273 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
