The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for fixation of pension and payment of post retiral dues.
The petitioner superannuated on 31.1.2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on oral instruction would submit that substantially payments have been made to the petitioner against post retiral dues.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take steps for
Patna High Court CWJC No.24748 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 finalization of payment of retiral dues, if not already taken and ensure full payment thereof within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order alongwith calculation chart, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to payment of 9% on post retiral dues from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
