2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this is a case of last seen and the deceased was said to have been called by one Md. Alauddin.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has only accompanied Md. Alauddin and he is in custody since 4.7.2023.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also the fact that there is no progress in the trial, this application is
