Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25(1-b)a and 26/27/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56790 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
