2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other accused persons misbehaved with the sister of the informant and on objection they assaulted the informant with iron rod and bakua due to which the informant sustained injury on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the disclosure made by the co-accused Aftab Alam.

Petitioner is a young boy having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
