JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P. S. Case No. 325 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave lathi blow on the head of informant's daughter, who appears to have sustained grievous injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
