JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur O.P.) P. S. Case No. 231 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 304 B, 201, 34 of IPC.

Petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur and petitioner no.2 is father in law of the complainant. Case is of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that during the investigation, it has come that due to scuffle with the sister, she has committed suicide. Apart from that no specific allegation has been attributed against so for these petitioners.
