2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner killed her son by feeding him some poisonous substance in his food.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. During investigation, no direct or indirect material has come to show complicity of the petitioner in the aforesaid occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 580 of 2023.
