JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nagarnausa P. S. Case No.50 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 308, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioner has thrashed the informant on the ground. There is allegation of assault to the informant and others on the other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is agnates of the informant. There is partition dispute between the parties, which will appear from the F.I.R.. Moreover, she is a lady.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73407 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Nagarnausa P. S. Case No.50 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
