The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420 and 405 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that she had used forged documents at the time of counseling for the post of Vikash Mitra and, therefore, in pursuance of such an allegation, the petitioner has already been dismissed from service. Further case of the petitioner is that before institution of the first information report, no proper investigation has been conducted, for which, the petitioner has already filed a civil writ application bearing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63025 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 4511 of 2018 which is pending for adjudication. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., 1st Bagha, West Champaran in connection with Bagha (Pathakuli) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
