2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., all the 12 named and 8-10 unknown persons came to the house of informant and assaulted father of informant, as a result of which, he died during course of treatment.
4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. It is further submits that four F.I.R. named accused persons have already been extended the privilege of bail by a coordinate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76238 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 36041 of 2024 (Annexure - 3 to the bail petition).
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
