The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.179 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence and allegations made in the first information report as also the arguments advanced at the Bar, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.179 of
