2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15835 of 2025 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 3, 'Rs. 49,9000/- has been inadvertently typed, in place of 'Rs. 49,900/-' and also to modify the condition imposed in Para-6 of the aforesaid order and also seeks extension of time for complying with the order dated 15.09.2025.
3. Considering the said to be inadvertent typographical mistake, I find it proper to delete 'Rs.49,9000/-'
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81011 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 from Paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 15.09.2025 and the same be substituted by 'Rs.49,900/-'.
4. Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 15.09.2025 is modified to the extent that "Petitioner is ready to furnish the receipt / acknowledgment or to deposit in the court in the form of any instrument in favour of the informant so that he may be released".
5. Time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned District Court is extended till 18.12.2025.
6. The order dated 15.09.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other parts of the said order shall remain intact.
