2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 260 of 2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., it is specific case of the informant that all the named accused persons indiscriminately fired upon his brother, as a result of which he died on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 260 of 2014.
