Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024, registered under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80910 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. Husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. It is next submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
