The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case no. 176 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and his cousin Ram Ji Kumar inflicting fracture injury in his leg and snatched his golden chain, golden ring and cash of Rs. 5,000/- It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute of Ari and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63169 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 flowing of water and due to some altercation taken place between them. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. All the Sections are bailable except 379 IPC and said Section is super addition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case no. 176 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
