2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 686 of 2023 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 448, 302, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons are said to have committed four murders.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that it is a case of four
