The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of assault attributed to her.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria
