In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For direction/directions, order/orders to the Respondent No. 4 for compliance of order dated 08.07.2013 passed by the Respondent No. 3, D.C.L.R. Pupri, Sitamarhi in Mutation Appeal Case No. 90/ 2012-13 and it was also communicated to him vide Memo No. 1167 dated 31.12.2013 included with photo copies of the case records for information and its compliance in accordance with law.

(ii) For direction/directions to the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to pass appropriate order in accordance with law against the Respondent No. 4 who has not complied the order dated 08.07.2013 passed in Mutation Appeal Case No. 90/2012-13.

(iii) For direction/ directions to the Respondent No. 4 for pass appropriate order upon

Patna High Court CWJC No.18101 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 2/3 representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2022, 14.07.2022, 06.06.2023 and 22.11.2023.

(iv) For direction/direction to the Respondent No. 1 to pass appropriate order of compensation against Respondent No. 4 who have not complied the order of Respondent No. 2 knowingly and deliberately and caused mental tension agony to the petitioner, and pay the same to the petitioner.

(v) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled under the law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 08.07.2013 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 90 of 2012-13, the D.C.L.R., Pupri directed the Circle Officer, Bajpatti for mutation of the appellant land, however, the said order has not been complied with, despite the communication of the said order. In this regard, petitioner has filed a representation before the authorities on 22.11.2023 but no order has been passed on his representation. He submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the concerned authorities to pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously after hearing the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed the representation after much delay of about ten years.

5. In view of submissions of learned counsels for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18101 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 3/3 parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 3, D.C.L.R., Pupri, Sitamarhi and Respondent No. 4, Circle Officer, Bajpatti, Sitamarhi to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2023 in accordance with law after hearing the parties.
