JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 8303/2019 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 141.600 litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 13.09.2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submission as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72646 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 8303/2019 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
