2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 883 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 376, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape.

4. In Medical Examination the victim has been found to be 18-20 years of age and she was also found carrying eleven weeks' pregnancy. It appears that the victim was in a relationship with someone and this case has been filed. The petitioner is in jail since 26.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Purnea in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 883 of 2023.
