The informant along with police personnel during course of patrolling intercepted the petitioner Mithlesh Kumar along with Narad Kumar who unsuccessfully attempted to slip from a ATM kiosk and on search, from respective possession different ATM cards were found and seized.

The petitioner is under custody since 13.06.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Moreover, co-accused Narad Kumar has already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.85094 of 2019. On due consideration thereupon, the petitioner Mithlesh Kumar @ Mithilesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69698 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.193 of 2019.
