The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.370 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 418, 423, 424, 467, 468, 469 and 477A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the first information report has been instituted on the basis of a complaint and the dispute raised in the complaint is essentially of a civil nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
