The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 26.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42696 of 2018, as due to mistake of the pairvikar in the Court below, the father's name of the petitioner has been recorded as Late Anandi Sahani and, therefore, in the main petition as well as in the order, father's name has been recorded as Late Anandi Sahani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said mistake was occasioned due to inadvertence and for want of knowledge in this regard. However, the present modification application has been preferred duly sworn by the brother of the petitioner in which father's name has also been recorded as Late Anandi Sahani.

Under the circumstance, the modification
