Case No. 77 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 387, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that informant has received an information that eight persons have kidnapped his father and on that information he went there and he was informed by three employees of his shop that his father was kidnapped by petitioner and seven other accused persons and later on dead body of his father was found lying near Tanri bridge. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that during investigation none of the employees of shop of the informant has been examined to show that they disclosed the name of petitioner and other accused persons, rather

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai, in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in the court as and when required.
