The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa P. S. Case No. 930 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the application, petitioner no. 1 Sitaram Yadav has been arrested. In that view of the matter, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected as infructuous.
