2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 222 litres foreign liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Golu Kumar and half constructed house of co-accused Pankaj Kumar. Petitioner's name transpired during course of investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person. Petitioner has also got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, huge quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory
