2. The petitioner who is husband of opposite party No. 2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation vide Mediator's Report dated 17.05.2024 and terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the Mediator's Report.
4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute

In view of the fact that the dispute between the parties has been resolved, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class V Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 926(c) of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
