Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jokihat Police Station Case No 162 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution case is false and fabricated as is apparent from the fact that occurrence, alleged to have taken place on 03.05.2018, is reported by institution of the first information report in the instant case more than a month thereafter, that is on 04.06.2018. There is no injury report to support the allegations made against the petitioner and that he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat Police Station Case No 162 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
