2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 498(A) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

4. It has been alleged that the petitioner and other family members have killed the deceased. During investigation it has come that petitioner was not there in the village on the day deceased committed suicide.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79535 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 the petitioner that the petitioner was working in Chhattisgarh. Independent witnesses have said that deceased has committed suicide and the door was broken and thereafter the deceased was taken out.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court below in connection with Ramgarh(Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
