1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of direction/ directions commanding the respondents specially the respondents no. 4 and 5 to produce the F.S.L. report of agreement to sale dated 25.04.2009, which has been exhibited in T.S. No.393 of 2010 as Exhibit No.1, which is pending in the court of SubJudge-X, Muzaffarpur (East)."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.18346 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the concerned Civil Court, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
