The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. On perusal of F.I.R., it appears that there is specific allegation against co-accused Khobhari Bin. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66152 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
