The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2019 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 356, 382, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and frivolous and he has been made the victim of conspiracy. It is further submitted that only to harass the petitioner, name of the petitioner has been incorporated and the allegation of snatching of Rs. 6,500/- is on Pawan Kumar and not the present petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
