The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Akorhigola P. S. Case No. 164 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the name of the petitioner has been mentioned in the column of the accused persons in the F.I.R. but that name has been supplied to the investigating agency only by the co-accused, Lalji Mahto, from whose possession the stole motor-cycle was recovered.
Regard being had to the fact that the implication of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69229 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner is on the basis of confession of a co-accused and that he has clean antecedents, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned In-Charge, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akorhigola P. S. Case No. 164 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
