2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019 in connection with N.T.P.C P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of committing fraud in the recruitment process for selection in CISF Unit, Kahalgaon, as his photo and finger print did not tally as per record. It is submitted that the petitioner has already suffered in judicial custody since 03.09.2019. It is further submitted that other co-accused in different F.I.Rs of similar nature have been granted bail, such as Cr. Misc. No. 66073 of 2019. The petitioner claims clean

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The petition stands dismissed.
