JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery of 147 liter of wine behind the house of Manoj Mandal and the name of the petitioner was transpired in the F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that F.I.R. itself shows that his name transpired on the confidential information and one has already been granted bail in that similar case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74101 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
