====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having murdered the victim deceased lady on account of nonfulfillment of demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim deceased lady and has got no role to play in the incident inasmuch as she is living separately. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.08.2019 and the father-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70518 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72116 of 2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge XVI cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018.
