2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 57153 of 2025, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 02.09.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 02.09.2025 has been complied with belatedly. The notice was filed on 18.09.2025 i.e. after a delay of three days.

4. Reasons, mentioned in the restoration petition, are accepted and this restoration petition is allowed.
