This application has been preferred for a direction to the respondents:

(A) to make enquiry on the point of water logging in the city of Patna and call for the report and to fix liability for legal action against the person due to whose latches such type of problem created before the residents of Patna City.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23268 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 (B) to give details of the amount allotted and the amount spent under the heading for cleaning drainage system and to enquiry into the matter whether the money allotted for cleaning drainage system was actually spent or it was misappropriated.

(C) to take action on complaint petition of the petitioner with respect to water logging in the area of Rajbanshi Nagar, Patel Nagar etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
