Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nabinanagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this matter a enquiry was made and on enquiry it was found that an amount of Rs. 6,37,773/- was due against the petitioner and directions were issued vide Annexure-2 to adjust the aforesaid amount from the salary of the petitioner and accordingly the same was adjusted from his salary and thereafter no dues certificate has also been issued vide Annexure-3. Petitioner is presently posted as Headmaster,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71514 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Utkramit Middle School, Kurwan and is discharging his duty. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2011 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
