JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 dated 01.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his having no criminal antecedents, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
