2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 23.12.2023 at 8 PM, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner came in the Dalan of informant and on the order of co-accused Anand Kumar, co-accused Guddu Rai fired on grandfather of informant, causing his death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., it was co-accused Guddu Rai, who shot the grandfather of informant. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob and no role has been attributed against him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77186 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 Similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure - 2 to the bail petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara / concerned Court in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 734 of 2023.
