Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this court to the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28204 of 2018 dated 10.5.2018 whereby similarly circumstanced other coaccused was granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court on the ground of parity, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prabhat Krishna, learned A.C.J.M.-Xith, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
