Petitioners are accused in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 453 of 2019 registered under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither they are owner of the alleged motorcycle nor have any concerned with the same. It is submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 30.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75463 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 453 of 2019.
