2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to protect the legal Khatiyani Land property and normal life of the petitioner and her family which is being disturbed by the private respondents No.7 and 8 of this application due to agitating unwanted/illegal land dispute.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19325 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 (ii) to hold and declare that the State Authority is legally obliged to protect the land property of Khatiyani Raiyat like petitioner in terms of constitutional mandate as envisaged in Article 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India. (iii) to direct the State Authority to impose heavy fine upon the private respondents hereof who are disturbing these petitioner physically and mentally and further these petitioner may be compensated for sustaining insult and defamation caused by illegal act of respondents.
(iv) to grant any other reliefs for which petitioner is entitled to have in connection with aforesaid grievance."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of her grievance.
4. The State has no objection.
