2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 370(5) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 75 and 79 of the J.J. Act and Sections 3(A) and 14 of the Child Adolescent Labour Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he brought many children and forced them to do labour work.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is evident from the perusal of the FIR that the children were brother and sisters of this petitioner and also the informant himself admitted

It is further submitted by the petitioner that the alleged occurrence has not been done by the petitioner and no any FIR has been registered by the families of these children against the petitioner or any other. He is languishing in judicial custody since 09.08.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patna G.R.P. Case P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Arish/- U T
