Patna High Court CWJC No.22124 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 3/3 22124/2019 a case being Membership Dispute Case No. 148 of 2019 and due to non-consideration of the application for Membership in CWJC No. 22125/2019 another case bearing No. 130 of 2019 in terms of Section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 has been filed before the respondent no. 2 and those are pending consideration without any progress.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, both the writ applications are being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) to fix a date of hearing in Membership Dispute Case No.148 of 2019 and Case No.130 of 2019 within one week from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and dispose of the same as early as possible if possible within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and shall consider any other relief which may be prayed by the petitioners.
