2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with K. Nagar (Champa Nagar) P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the petitioners are on police bail.

4. In that view of the matter and having regard to the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the case of Bishundeo Sahu vs. The State of Bihar and Others, 2011(1) PLJR 731, the present anticipatory bail petition held to be not maintainable.

5. Let the petitioner surrender before the Court of learned CJM,
