The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 416 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) (C), 38 and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 591 litres of illicit liquor from a Tata Magic vehicle as also from a motorcycle standing nearby and the petitioner is said to have been recognized in the light of torch while he was fleeing away whereafter he was arrested subsequently.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent except one case in which he is on bail. Lastly, it is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 416 of 2018.
