The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 296 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that because of the land dispute, the present case has been lodged.
It has further been submitted that the injuries

The informant, it has been argued, has been in the habit of filing false cases and thereafter settling the dispute with the accused persons after blackmailing them. Considering the nature of accusation in the F.I.R. and the fact that there is a land dispute because of the sale of joint land by a relative of the informant in favour of petitioner no. 1 and also the clean antecedents of the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 296 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
